Get the person to tell you more. They say that silence is gold, but when it comes to making a person reveal all his cards, it's like drawing a lucky ticket. If you are talking to a person and do not get the deep, thoughtful answers you were hoping for, try to be silent while the other person speaks, ask a question and shut up, let the person answer. This makes the other person more likely to speak up, filling the silence and more likely to say more than if you intervened.

Each person are different some talk more, some are very silent lol. It depends in their character. Who speaks more, they don't speak truth, and not also listen other words too.

The bottom line is that if you want to hear the truth, you need to let the person speak out and ask the question directly. If he starts lying to you, he will have pauses (in his head he will think of what to say). But person don't need to invent the truth.
And look at the statistics on the silent ones)) Still waters run deep.LOL!
