I had to post an application today for an entrance exam and I posted it to an incorrect address because I didn't read the prospectus properly and assumed the address to be somewhere else. The moment I realized it was almost 2-3 hours and I rushed to the courier service asking them if I can change the address but my package was already released for delivery. He told me that you can't have it back now. I have to do all the process over again now and then have to send to the correct address. I was very angry at myself and then my mother told me that it is alright. We commit mistakes and then we learn and become more careful afterwards. I'm glad she was supportive on that. I'll be careful in future.
Do you have any recent incident of making a mistake?

We all do. I don't recall any particular incident right now. But one thing for sure, I have made many mistakes and learnt from them. I would say that my mistakes have made me.
