Sunday Unplanned Breakfast Was Yummy

Today there was nothing planned about our meals so we just started with an unplanned day and requested mom to boil potatoes because these can be used in many ways for Prantha ( In which we fill boiled mixed potatoes with spices) and prepare like a Chapatti and can fry these or may prepare fritters but ended up preparing the Prantha and ate with curd.

I must confess that I have never tasted a plate like the one you described, but indeed It sounds delicious, I hope you enjoyed your meal! Thanks for sharing! I had for dinner pizza it was out of this world I must admit! Lol
