Exercise...first time.

Since its the start of a new month I thought hey I should start something I don’t normally do. And I thought I get some exercise going. It is the best time to change my routine. I want to improve on my overall health since I wont be having any walk around the block. This is something I have always wanted to try but never had the time to do so.
Have you tried adding some exercise to your routine? Or have you been going to the gym but then got stuck at home? What kind or form of exercise do you do to move your body around and get some muscles moving

Cool! I am trying out a few and see which one actually is to my liking. Hopefully I find the perfect workout for my new exrcise routine

Doing exercise regularly is good thing. In current situation doing in home is good choice.

I really hope I remember to do it everyday and stick to it. I usually forget to do things so remembering is also a challenge more than doing the actual exercises

How I wish I could start walking again. I’m always doing a lot of stuff and waking around and driving around as well. But now that everybody is home, my little walking exercises are gone so I thought why not so some at home while I can. Maybe it can give me some more energy as well to go about my day.

I wish we had space to do gardening but I don’t so I have to do the actual exercises
