My Dinner

Good morning/evening everyone i hope you are all doing well,safe,and healthy. This rainy day i cooked eggplant omelette and spicy crispy dried fish for dinner it is quick and easy to prepare.My daughter loved to eat eggplant omelette,hubby enjoyed the spicy(dilis) we are all full and satisfied.How about you mylotters what did you prepare for dinner?

Good morning I love eggplant but never thought of an omelette.sounds great t here. Last night we had grill eggplant.It was awesome cooking on the grill.

That sounds very satisfying! Tonight we will have different pizzas. My grandkids and their mom are coming for a social distancing visit. I'm so darn excited!
