How to save money effectively

Hi! I'm new here on MyLot.
I know that many of people have lost their job because of Covid19. I'm still thankful I have mine and I'm currently working from home. However, I've lost all my savings and still struggling saving money.
Hope you guys have some advice.

Save small amount at a time and never spend it. Money challenge also helps...

On saving money tips, the formula is Income - Savings = Expense. It does not matter how big or small your income is, what matters is how much you save. Start at the smallest amount that you can afford to save. Yes, even if it is just a couple of centavos on a regular basis. It is the habit of saving you form, is what is important.
