Is There A Particular Music You Follow?

Music heals our soul and even when we are down and out, broke, hurt, mad it can help us feel a lot better and good and that's why music is given a lot of importance in our Indian culture and am sure in other countries too because here in every ceremony you can hear songs which are related to the event and are like a lesson to learn.
I follow our Punjabi Music, Bollywood, Qawaalis too.
What type of music you like and follow?

Most of the times I enjoy listening Indian movie songs (no language bar), instrumental, Indian classical and famous western albums (no specific genre)

@Miracle_Maya Good to know I was actually thinking to post the discussion in a way that Punjabi music is best and most popular but ended up posting like that. I actually was changing channels and from there I came to see at least 3 music channels like E24, Bindaas, zoon and all of these were playing pure Punjabi music which was album songs and not the songs used in Bollywood so that was an achievement I guess
