Oh, now lockdown is making me mad. Most of life I passed my time in front of computer. So yeah I am a bit unsocial there is no doubt. But I usually used to go out and hang out with friends at least for an hour in a day. But now everything stopped. People getting effected by coronavirus daily and everyone is afraid. Even I am afraid because of my father, he is old and weak. So passing all the time by listening to songs, working, and doing a lots of stuff but still every time I live my computer, I feel so angry. It's like I lost my head. I am becoming insane. Nothing even I am meditating but nothing exactly happening. I am saying weird things when my mom and dad trying to talk with me. My answers are so rude. I want to control but I can't. I play games but I never raged, but now I am getting insane when I am failing in games. I can not go out, can not go anywhere, can not pass my time with friends, what should I do? It seems like nothing at this moment is working for me.

I can understand things can be very ugly and the situation is unbearable. But the need of the hour is to stay safe and you can try some yoga to control the emotion, Try catching up with your friend through video meeting.

Video meeting is not my thing you know. Most of the time I pass on my computer. I stream games and meet some friends and new people there. But then at a time, I feel like I need to get away from these electronics things. I spend most of time with them. I don't remember when the last time video chatted to someone. I just want to calm myself down. I do yoga but still, everything just so boring.

@sparial02 When I say with friends, I don't mean the friends you make online, I am talking about the real-life friend. It works for me talking with real people can destress you.

@MALUSE No I am not like that. People are too scared here. My friends are not coming out from their houses. And also it is weird for me to go to their house and ask them come and lets chat. Corona virus is spreading pretty first here. So that's the main problem. I spend most of the time with virtual life, but also that does not mean I don't know the value of real life. That is exactly why I am getting insane cause now I have no option to get back to my daily life.

No we can not do that in here. Virus spreading fast and everybody is afraid here to get out of their house. Be careful though when you are going out. Stay safe.

I know. But I just can not maintain my cool calm behaviour. Which I think is not a good sign.
