August 2020 Health Journey Plan

I know it is not August 1st anymore, so it is a bit late to start on a plan for the first of a new month - but I need to get back on track. So, what are some of my plans? 1. - Eat low carb foods that I enjoy 2. - I can still have a cheat day once in a while, but no more taking the whole weekend off, or a whole week off, etc. 3. Work out daily, even if it is just a half an hour. 4. Try to drink 80 oz of water 5. TBD - Not sure of any other plans at the moment. Foods on the menu? 1. Eggs and sausage/bacon/uncured hot dogs 2. Tuna or salmon 3. Philly cheese steak tacos (with low carb tortilla) 4. Bratwurst 5. The low carb chicken tenders I made 6. Some form of Keto chow (shake, mug cake, ice cream) Not sure what else I want to eat this week to be honest. However, that seems like a good start. What do you think about this plan? Is there anything I should add? Note - it won't be veggies or fruits. What about you? Do you have a plan for the month for your health? Photo via Pixabay

I think it's good to have a plan. I eat pretty much the same things every day. Have a good week.

My trouble is I don't always stick to the plan. Today wasn't exactly to plan, but it was pretty low carb. Eating the same things can work out, even though it can get boring sometimes....I hope you don't get bored with it!

@MommyOfEli2013 I'm kinda stuck because I rely on my husband to make my meals. I try and keep it simple for him.

That's a good meal plan keep going, i keep my self to eat veggies and fruits and doing zumba daily

Well whatever works best for you is good. Zumba is fun, I do dancing a lot of the time myself.

I am going with only cucumbers and yoga and skipping daily just to maintain my weight. About the food plan, there is none you can say, but I reduced the amount of food I used to take daily. And I think it's working well for me.
