Where's everybody?

After spending 5 days in busy Venice ,the life here in the UK seems so apocalyptic. Yes! Apocalyptic! I took my dog for a walk ,which takes me between 45 and 60 min and met only a couple walking their dog and a mum with a toddler.The streets were dead.
