I was eating Indonesian food called empal gentong

My friend just came back from his hometown. He bring us traditional food from his hometown. He was lived in a city in Indonesia called Cirebon. The food that his bring is empal gentong, its meat cooked in herb brooth. It was really delicious and smell good.

Looks delicious, how it taste?spicy? I tasted once Indonesian food,its gravy meat kind ,a Chinese friend bought it ,i like the taste.

It have a strong taste, not spicy but you can add chili to make it spicy. The broth its make from coconut milk so gave a strong taste
