Meditation

Sometimes when we are inside a problem, we can't see well and we can't analyze the problem. Meditation may be helpful. You concentrate on the problem. Then, you ignore the problem and walk in a park or among the green fields. You concentrate on the trees, the birds, the rivers, the grass and the plants. After 10 minutes you think in the problem again. You will find that you think in the problem in a new way and you will discover new solutions.

I do agree with you somehow. That taking a break and thinks about it again after some time gives you some new dimension to tackle the issue.
