Health Journey 2020 - Day 217 | August 4th

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my food/health post for the day. Weigh in ~ Start - 189.4 Yesterday 180.2 Today - 178.4 So, that is a loss of 1.8 pounds of the water weight I gained (mostly water weight) during the past week. Blood sugars ~ Fasting - 96 Before meal 2 - 155 After meal 2 - 101 Meal 3 - 108 I checked before and after meal 2 because I was checking how a certain food affects me. I wanted to see if this "Keto bread" spiked my blood sugar...and thankfully it didn't. So - what all did I eat? Meal 1 - 2 eggs fried in butter and 1 uncured beef frank Meal 2 - Burger with keto hamburger buns cheddar cheese mayo & sugar free ketchup Meal 3 - low carb ice cream bar and some of the tiger fudge candy (sugar free/low carb) No, for the numbers - Calories - 1,243 Protein - 65 Fat - 95 Net Carbs -18 Fiber - 28 Sugar - 11 Water - 24 oz Workout minutes - 105 Calories burned - 853 Steps - 12,310 I think I did pretty good today - kept my net carbs pretty low (carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols). Got a long work out in and burned a lot of calories. How about you? I thought I would share one of my workouts that I did today with you all - if you want to see or want to try it out.

Today it seemed to have affected me, it didn't spike a lot, but enough to make me question it. I probably won't buy more after I finish these....we'll see. That's good to hear that you did well
