wasteful with money

good morning / afternoon / evening there. I hope we are all well. These past few days I have felt wasteful in buying food. I usually only spend $ 2 to $ 3 every day. but now I spend up to $ 6. Even though I have to save money for the future. maybe the reason is because I'm busy and tired I don't cook my own food so I buy food every day and spend more money. I hope tomorrow can save money again.
