The power of meditation

I have high anxiety, and I also have a friend who has helped me in many ways by teaching me some basic breathing techniques. It even helped me get through one of the toughest days of my life, the birth of my second son. Do any of you meditate and use any special techniques?

That is really good. Always take one thing at a time and work on what you can at the moment. I do journaling for myself and workout. It helps me a lot. I also have anxiety issues.

Yes mediation is really give lot of health benefits. It clean our inner body too. Keep go through it.

I do not meditate but I do exercises like doing housework cleaning.

I noticed a lot of people experience anxiety. I wonder why. I sometimes listen to solfeggio music or do prutvi mudra.

A friend of my husband visited us one time at home and he shared how important and what can we benefit from meditation, but so sad i never tried ones. I want to tried it one time.

My friend told me all you need is a comfortable pillow to sit on, and a small place where you feel most relaxed. I have a tiny apartment but I did set up a corner in my kitchen, move the table out threw any, and set my favourite candle there. Keep anything that makes you feel GOOD near to you while you meditate. It is essentially your sacred space.

actually I never did that. but looking at the trees or anything green gives me.a nice feeling.
