I am appaled when I see people cutting down trees without replacing them.Trees are just so vital since our water catchment depend on them.If everyone in the world could plant a tree the we would solve the problem in a really big way.We all can do something for our environment.

Hello and welcome to myLot. You are right about trees, the temperature around the world is increasing because the deforestation. We should do more to protect the trees and our nature.

We cannot do anything about the decimation of trees because man needs lumber. And man is growing in number so the you can imagine the effect on the trees.

I get your point Alex but we need to be alive to the fact that if we destroy nature by cutting down trees haphazardly nature will punish us and our future generations severely!

@markgichuhi as you said about cutting down trees, that is the reason why I am conscious about over population. It cannot be helped if the number of people continue to grow. More trees needed for the homes, more mountains to be destroyed for the cement.
