doing keto to lose weight

part of keto program is fasting. I did 18 hours of fast today. tomorrow 24 hours. if its too difficult i may stop.
My goal is to lose 30 lbs and I'll have normal weight. But if i lose 40 then I'll be lean. That's the limit or else I'll be underweight. I plan to lose 2 pounds a week. if I can achieve my goal with a short fast then good. im not goin my to fast daily. Just what's convenient for me that will somehow give me some results.
Im not that in a hurry to lose weight but then I don't want to be too slow either.
Anyways on my eating hours only low carb no sugar no bread as that's what keto is. But then I do cheat but not too often so as not gain the weight back after losing it.

Good luck with your fast. You might want to try an intermittent fasting instead of a full day fast.

it's no sugar and low carbs but more fatty foods like bacon

@Kanika1234 well i wish i can explain but i myself haven't fully understood it but it's effective in losing weight to people who are into this. I'm just trying to be like them
