How can you cope with an irritating friend?

A friend is someone you can count on and vice versa. I'm a person you can always ask a favor of and count on me to be by your side if you call. Even though I'm a very busy person, I always find time. I don't understand a friend of mine. I'm only asking for one favor for the first time and yet she turn me down. And it's only a small amount of time I'm asking her. Makes me upset. Hahaha sorry for the rant...

Sorry to hear that. Maybe you have to talk to her and find out why she can't help you right now.
