What is your favorite form of exercise?

I would have to say that my favorite form of exercise is playing football or baseball catch with an adult friend or a kid. But right beyond that are swimming and cycling.
I try to eat well, but I'm convinced that the key to good health is getting off of your fatty acids and doing something outside that you enjoy.
Your thoughts?

Usually in-home walking and pedaling. podrunner.com is good to workout to. A few days ago, I found a virtual walking website called worldwalking.org Very neat! One can walk all over the United States or Canada, for example.

I mow for exercise. Whether I like it or not. I like to swim. I like long leisurely walks where I can be nosey and see what people are doing. Sadly, I am not very athletic. I used to like to dance.

I walk and play with the critters. Tonight was spent playing with the monster.

@TheHorse — depends on where I am. In the gym, music. Out in the hiking trails, quiet.

@DocAndersen heh. I tend to use it as my time to be alone. Here at my desk, I'm communicating away by MyLot, email, and phone.

@hdcreative On your lap with a book is good! But so is playing catch four feet away with a squishy ball! The ex-jock has spoken!

I think walking while doing some errands. It provides a double purpose.

@TheHorse Yeah, multitasking saves a lot of time and I can avoid getting bored.

Pretty much walking and working in the garden for me. I will walk to the corner store for a snack. Figuring since I walked I earned it.. I been doing good eating a lot of fruit, and trying for the most part to stay healthy.
I have eaten worse in the past. So trying to be good about it, walking I have always done.

I can't exercise; and my waistline shows it. You definitely need to exercise to stay healthy.

@TheHorse Sure. I try and do leg exercises to keep my blood flowing; but it's hard for me to get around. Thanks for the suggestion.

As a young adult playing in a softball league and playing tennis were my favorite ways to exercise. I coached tennis and worked as an instructor until numerous wear and tear injuries and a bad back condition I inherited caught up with me. With a back support I am able to play golf occasionally (a sport I learned from my Dad) but primarily confine myself to walking and casual bike riding now.
