Does everyone have phobia?

Somebody told me that every single person on earth has something to fear of, some says it's called phobia. I don't know whether it's true or not but I do pretty believe it. I myself have fear of heights, looking down from high places always makes my knees shaking, even looking at the picture above creeps me out. On the other hand my wife always screams while running to find some place to hide everytime she sees mice. While my other friend, a big tough gallant looking guy will hurriedly run away when he gets a cockroach flying toward him. I wonder is there any person in the world who has nothing to fear of? And what about you, What do you fear of the most?
