Good morning from rainy wet Green Bay, Wisconsin. I don't think they expected it to rain as much as it has this morning. Predictor showed the storm going north of us. I just heard thunder. We need the rain so this is a blessing. It also means I won't be getting outside to walk today. I'll get all my exercise indoors today.
Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. I easily reached all of my goals. I ate a little more than I wanted and less as I wanted to make a deep-dish pizza casserole I found online but didn't take the hamburger out in time to thaw it for dinner. I'm getting ready to make it in a few minutes in the crockpot so I can have it later. I will be changing up the recipe so it's compatible to my diet.
Other than that, it was a good day yesterday. Here are the numbers.

I just looked it up on my Fitbit. My BMI is 38.3
I just calculated my exercise so far this month. The average is 114.28 minutes per day.

I don't use my fitness tracker anymore but I got plenty of steps in yesterday.

Interesting stats on health report. I have cut down on sugar because of being pre-diabetic. Lots of steps
