I'm neither happy nor sad but I'm not sleepy. I had bad headache all day long and after came back from office after 6 pm I took a shower. I thought I may overcome the headache after dinner but it was a bit less but not completely gone.
Its more that 12 am and I'm still awaking. I'm not sleepy but I want to sleep to overcome my headache as soon as possible.
Rest is really very important to our body and I can understand the value of it. All day long office work and exhausted body need rest. A deep sleep may help.
Anyway, how was your Saturday so far? Hope all is well.

My Saturday has been easy. Have you ever considered if your headache has to do with overworking?

Have you tried listening to music or some talk while attempting to sleep.
It is a technique i discovered for myself.
There are times i really wanted to sleep, but i can't.
So i play some music.. the instrumental ones, without lyrics. I found out those with lyrics make me awake more. So i play instrumental music, and those talks or speeches. Idk, they are interesting, but it makes me fall asleep.
The reason i cannot sleep at night is thinking some things and my mind begin to wander. So i put on something to listen, just so i have something to focus on, and avoid thinking of so many things.
Maybe you can try it some time.
Anyway, how's that headache?
