My old laptop lasted six years - the new one lasted two months :-(

Yes, my new laptop is already broken. I can't turn it on. We asked my brother-in-law for advice because he knows more about computers than we do. He said that the battery probably needs to be replaced. I am going back to the store next week. I have the receipt and they are usually pretty good at handling situations like this, but it is annoying. It wasn't cheap, and I didn't expect it to die after two months Right now I am using an old laptop. It has Windows 7 and it is super slow, but it is okay. I haven't used Windows 7 for years and it took me a while to get used to it. I had forgotten how slow it was It will be nice to return to Windows 10, but right now I am just happy that I can still use the internet.

Yes, it is much too quick. I didn't expect that at all. All of my other laptops lasted longer than that.

I'm sorry to hear that it didn't last long. It's frustrating that some don't last long.

That is very poor for a computer to only last 2 months. I hope the store does the right thing.

Sorry that it was a letdown. I hope it comes with a warranty, though, so you can have it fixed for free.

Mine needs to be replaced as well, it drains a lot faster now than it should. What laptop brand is that.

Yes, I think it is a bad one. I have had other laptops in the past, but they all lasted longer than 2 months.
