My 10 Favorite U2 Songs: #9 Numb

I was inspired by fellow member @FourWalls to create a music countdown of my own so here you go! My Top 10 Favorite songs by rock band U2. Number 9 on the list is pretty obscure for those who aren't big fans of the band. It is called "Numb" and is from the Zooropa album--an album that didn't have much commercial success. It has a heavy electronic mix as the background and The Edge delivering the lyrics in a monotone voice. Bono and Larry Mullen provide backing vocals in both falsetto and their own natural singing voices. I don't know why I like this song so much. It is an unlikely choice being that it is so monotone. Maybe it is the falsetto voices that make up for that. The video below is actually pretty funny. I'm sure that wasn't their intention but it makes me snicker.
