Error on Refreshing My lot

Hi friends, Today I get very slow operations in my lot site. Don't know it is occurring only for me, or all of you also facing this issue today. From last one week it working very fast, so I am also very happy with it.
But from today morning inwards I get issues on giving comments, refreshing page for notifications check also.
What about you, it's working smooth my friends??

problem is due to slow internet at your end. Move to a location where signal is good and try again.

But all other sites working fine. Only in my lotting I get this issue today.
Hear we having cloudy weather also, may be slow net work connection also a reason. But I don't know the problem correctly.
