Thunder and Rain All Morning

Yes we are finally getting much needed rain. I saw the dark clouds earlier. Then I heard thunder. And now a slow rain is falling.
I will not have to water the garden today. Refreshed the bird bath earlier, so that is done for now.
I can finish working on projects inside again today. And I hope to hear more rain falling as well.
Snapped a photo of the clouds from the deck right before the rain started.
The hummingbirds seem to really enjoy the rain. There were four at the feeder earlier when I had my coffee in the screen room.

We had a good heavy thunderstorm yesterday, brought some much needed rain and also cooled things down considerably. But today it's back to being hot and humid.

@CarolDM It looks like it's clouding up here now, but so far I haven't seen any rain or heard any thunder.

We have flooding rains in the forecast. I hope nothing starts until I get back from my shopping trip. I have decided to go to Publix for 5 buck sushi.

We are also having good rains as of now. Not very heavy but still making the weather pleasant.
The clouds in the picture shown above look really dark. So it rained slowly continuously or did it became fast in between?
