Planting trees in the farm of my niece

Since I have no place for planting so I requested my niece if her farm can accommodate some of my saplings. In the picture is the 1-year old cashew sapling. If taken care of properly it can bear fruits in 2 or 3 years from now. I also planted 2 custard apple and mulberry.

That is wonderful. I hope she will help you take care of them. I have a mulberry tree in my front yard. It used to bear fruit but it has not for 2 years.

I wonder why your mulberry stopped fruiting. Try to prune it by cutting off the old branches. It is easy to grow new branches.

The soil there is very fertile because it was previously a ranch of horses.

You are really fond of planting trees !! Is your Niece's farm close to your place. And the weather looks cloudy when you planted these.

An hour after planting it rained so more likely the plants were jubilant. The farm is more than 2 hour s drive without traffic.

But the kind of plants are limited to the taste of my niece. She doesn't want banana and some other plants that is against her superstitions.

That's nice.. I think she would have been happy to have them planted at her farm. Those were some good selection of plants to be gifted for a big farm like hers.

That is my only choice for the saplings will die sooner or later from the cramped plastic pot. The custard apple had flowers already which means it is nearing 2 years in that plastic pot.

Wow, she has a big sized farm. I would love to plant in there if I have that size as well. It feels nice to plant veggies or anything to eat specially this times of pandemic. I wonder what custard apple and mulberry taste like. I haven't tried it yet.

The farm has coconut, banana, cassava and some other fruits in the half of the land while the other half is developed like a park.
