Traditional Vs Fast Food

Hi friends, In my home we prepare both traditional and fast food. But I like more traditional dishes but coming to kids they like fast foods a lot.
On compare to health issues traditional dishes are very healthy and loaded with nutrients.
On coming to fast food it contains lot of fat and cholesterol.
But coming to tasty and delicious, fast food give good taste than traditional one.
That's why kids like those a lot.
Can I know which food you choose??

@Lavanya15 it depends on time and situation. When my family had supper at home then my wife usually will prepare more close to traditional.
When my family have lunch or dinner outside/restaurant, yes my children will prefer fast food rather than traditional

Yeah, my daughter also loves fast food. The fast foods attract children because of their sour, sweet taste and are made quickly, the children don't have to wait long. Of course I still prefer to cook more traditional dishes but when I don't have time or want to change the taste of the whole family, fast food is also an ok option.

Traditional has a lot of ingredients and time to prepare but its ok,fast food is fast..either way i choose the healthy ones
