The sliced dragon fruit

Our dragon fruit is the purple variety which is good for eating as is. The white variety is good for the fruit salad. I just want to share the picture of how the fruit looks when sliced and ready for eating. I can finish 1 whole fruit when I eat alone.
But there is a downside to eating the purple dragon... on the next day.

@Alexandoy That is good to know that. So how did it go the day after eating it?

@rsa101 the thing in the toilet bowl is purple. You would be scared if you do not know that it was the effect of the fruit.

The sliced fruit makes it more enticing. I had consumed one whole fruit in one sitting.

It is the color that made it look like beet but the taste is heavenly.

The purple dragon fruit looks really yummy. I have never seen this fruit . How does it taste like. Is it similar in taste to Guava.

It is like kiwi fruit in texture but the taste has a similarity to watermelon.

That is one problem with dragon fruit. It is susceptible to worms.
