Does anyone still think of Covid-19 as a joke?

With nearly 21 million reported cases all over the world. I wonder if anyone still thinks of this pandemic as a joke and how they react to it. I live in Vietnam, where the Government is working quite well to control the disease. They can do this thanks to the strong media in raising people's awareness of prevention, and perhaps my people's belief in the Government's leadership. What about your country?

I am living in Germany. We do have our fair share of "covidiots" but overall, we manage to have everything more or less under control. I am just once again VERY happy to not live in the USA.

I have a great sense of humor, I love to laugh and I love making others laugh as well. (When it's appropriate of course). As far as Covid-19 is concerned, I never once thought of it as a joke, and I never take it lightly. Right now, one of my best friends is my mask.

@lminhchi I am sure there are those that do not take the corona seriously.

Good job for Vietnam for controlling the spread of the virus in your country. I wish we did the same. But it is still a global problem, and no one is safe right now. Unless you can lock your country from everyone outside forever.
