Nervous But Excited

hello myLot! it's been awhile, hasn't it? I hope everyone is doing well. I'll be honest, I'm nervous today. I start training at a new job this afternoon. It's nothing like my previous jobs and stepping into the unknown like that is what makes me so scared. But there's a feeling of excitement, too! I've met some of my co-workers and everyone seems friendly, it feels very close-knit. Have you recently felt nervous about something new? Wish me luck!! picture from pixabay

@DianneN I work at an arcade. lots of running around so I definitely get my steps in but I'm having fun :)

I felt the same in March when I was working at a hotel! But here is the thing, this is not my country, so I felt more pressure on my shoulders! Then the pandemic started and I was jobless I just wished i stayed more to get used to it, hopefully they call me once the pandemic is over !

Good luck with your new job! It's normal to be nervous and excited at the same time. I was like that when I was still working out there.
