I found this tricks about a year ago. And it works!
1. Don't miss breakfast
2. Eat on time and do it consistently
3. Be careful with the calorie drinks
4. Always eat fruits and vegetables
5. Drink enough mineral water
6. Do Workout
7. Eat a lot of foods which contain protein
8. Cheat meal twice a week

It's not really a secret but if you want to stay slim, avoid junk food. Your body will thank you for doing it.

I've been exercising lately and what I've noticed is that if ate something I wasn't supposed to I feel sluggish the next day and so I exercise twice burn calories twice the next day, drink lots of water to feel more light and just have fruits almost the whole day and still lots of water.
I'm happy you discovered this trick and it has been keeping you slim.
We owe it to ourselves to be healthy specially now that this virus is going around like a Russian roulette. Nobody knows who's going to get hit next.

I did it by eating only once per day.
I ate anything I wanted to and lost 10 lbs. But then, I changed and now I am okay again just eat normal and exercise and have kept the weight off.
