Nowadays a lot of people is fed by criticism and judgements leads to self doubt and negative thinking of ability because they're afraid someone might mock or make fun of them. But how we really fight with our own inner demons? How to unleash negative patterns in your own self?

I have been there before. Not like being criticized by people but by me. My inner saboteur always tells me that I am not good enough for anything and that I will always fail at doing things for the first time. All of those thoughts sort of trigger fear, and insecurities in me, what I am currently doing is remembering all the things I have done before that went right, that I have been through and that I am worthy and strong enough!

@MALUSE You do have a point and I got it! Let's just say there are two kinds of people the ones who always need to be praised so they don't feel that they have failed before, and the ones who acknowledge their failures but don't get stucked and keep on fighting. Those who keep on overcoming their insecurities are my kind of people because I am one of them! I think it is not about being a priest or psychologist but sympathize and being helpful when others need us! That's the way I see it.

Always believe in ourself because everyone needs their own opinion. That way, our mind will not be wavered by the many streams of criticism. No one is perfect, so we don't have to please everyone.
