The Nanny---Gotcha!!

You can find the second installment below: Having ended up on the 14th floor, Ben and Becky are on a mission to find out who Deanna had an affair with, so they can figure out who might have murdered her. After knocking on several doors with no results, they see a door down the hall open and Claire Manning comes out with her daughter. Claire is the employer of Rose ( another nanny and a friend of Deanna's). They ask her about when she last seen Deanna and as they talk to her, Claire's husband Richard emerges from the bedroom. They ask him if he had seen Deanna lately and he tells them that he can't remember. Noticing his odd behavior makes them suspicious of him and thinking he might be the other man, Ben stands behind Becky and he dials Deanna's number. As they hear the faint ringing of a phone, Claire follows the sound into their bedroom and finds a cell phone under the bed. She asks her husband " who's phone is this" and he doesn't answer, but Becky and Ben now know that it was him that had the affair with Deanna. They take him into custody and question him extensively, but Richard denies everything except the affair. After he asks for a lawyer they stop the questioning, arrest him and put him into a holding cell.
