Friday and Daily Health Report for August 13

This morning was an awesomely good day so far. I expect it will be even better as I get more done with Vendetta and more exercise this afternoon. I also reached a new low which I'll show tomorrow. Yesterday turned out to be a good day for food and fitness. Besides getting a lot of work done on Vendetta. Here are yesterday's numbers. Food Calories: 1685 Carbs: 49% Fat: 35% Protein: 16% Uncategorized calories: 59 Fitness Steps: 16,713 Miles: 6.29 Activity: 111 Water: 3.5 Bottles Calories burned: 2280 Total Calories: -595 Weight: 183.4 I know the calories look high, but again it was mostly fruit. It was fruit the last time I got a new low and I saw it again this morning. Okay, my notifications are finished. I need to get my hourly steps for this hour and eat before getting to work on Vendetta. It's coming along very well now that I'm getting everything worked out. I did well yesterday on Vendetta. I'm making great headway. I would love it if I can finish it before my deadline. That way I can start work on the editing and revision process. Thank you.

I tried today to stick to a healthy meal, actually I did but then I found some butter cookies and I picked a few ugh! Tomorrow I won't do it!

You can only say you won't do it if they're all gone. What I do - I look at the label, check the number of cookies in a serving, and have half. Half the calories tend to satisfy.

It's on my Fitbit app. I put in the food I eat and how much, and it gives me the percentages.
