This morning was an awesomely good day so far. I expect it will be even better as I get more done with Vendetta and more exercise this afternoon. I also reached a new low which I'll show tomorrow.
Yesterday turned out to be a good day for food and fitness. Besides getting a lot of work done on Vendetta.

I know the calories look high, but again it was mostly fruit. It was fruit the last time I got a new low and I saw it again this morning.

I tried today to stick to a healthy meal, actually I did but then I found some butter cookies and I picked a few ugh! Tomorrow I won't do it!
