My friend fined for not warning helmet on bike.

Yesterday I and my friend were riding a bike. I wearing a helmet but my friend did not. A traffic offficer stopped us and asked for papers. I showed him all papers. All were ok. But he charged us for second helmet. Then my friend had to pay penalty for not wearing helmet ??. It is a safty. Now he understood tha value of helmet. I request all to wear helmet while riding.

Wearing helmet is compulsory in my country, too. Everyone must wear a helmet when travelling by motorbike.
