With our rhythms of life disturbed a few months ago, we all got an opportunity to somehow settle with newer rhythms of life, even though that too has been a struggle for most of us. However, there is a possible blessing in disguise as well - this is a kind of opportunity to self-explore, contemplate life, and plan the future in more imaginative ways than what one would have if things were on the normal course. It would be great to know:
1. How has the current disruption of normality led to a process of re-examining self and life?
2. How have you been able to cope up with the situation by drawing from the strength of your inner-being and character during these times?
3. How have you invested a portion of your time to re-orient our plans or to make new plans, or to replan?
4. How have the relationships between you and your friends and family been impacted?
5. (Add more questions that allow us to explore such themes!)

Life events can teach us many things. This pandemic has taught us the importance of family and how we need to help one another during difficult times.
