Hi friends, My lunch is just finished. Today I prepare Tindoora Roti Pachadi for my family. It traditional dish of Andhra. I prepare Andhra style today.
This dish is very simple to prepare, but it tasty really amazing. For combination of Rice, chapati, Dosa any thing this is good choice.
For this first we cut Tindoora into small pieces, along with cut one onion into small pieces.
Now took a pan on adding two spoon of oil, heat it. Then after add chopped Tindoora, onion, green chill together. Fry those until they cook. Just leave to cool down.
Now take a blender add those fried ingredients, salt, tamarind on adding little bit water, blend them just two to three rounds.
That's all now it ready to serve.
Can I know any one know about it.

@Lavanya15 But what kind of vegetable? You still haven't explained! People shouldn't have to quiz you to find out what on earth you are talking about.
