List at least 5 activities you can do to take better care of yourself.
Drink a little more water.
Eat slightly smaller portions, for meals.
Walk more / exercise a little again. (Will be doing so once the treadmill is set up and the maxiclimber comes in and also gets set up).
Go to a spa again.
Make some dentist appointments, and keep them.

That is a very good list.
I take my medications as prescribed and on time for every dosage, watch what I eat and the portion, try to get outside for walks and track my steps daily, try to give me some 'me time' to destress and I try to cook healthy foods. Sometimes I fail on that last one.

healthy foods don't exist here, but I'm healthy so that's okay lol. Good list there too.

I drink water a lot, but as much as I drink of water, I need to cut off so much Coca Cola. I should also get up earlier to walk the dogs since I can walk farther when the heat is not bad. I should start sleeping in my bed, and not a chair. And, I should start eating more veggies, instead of just fruits.

Why not? I've been once, back in February. And it wasn't what I expected with everyone always raving about them but wasn't bad.
