Hospitals see reocurance of Covid among discharged patients.

India
August 18, 2020 5:52am CST
In Delhi, capital city of India some hospitals are finding people getting readmitted after getting discharged about one and half back. These patients have tested positive again. These relapsed patients die soon after getting admitted . Doctors say that these patients had poor immunity as they already had comorbidity like cancer and their immunity is in a compromised state due to the cancer treatment they are already undergoing. Hope people take note and avoid getting infected by the Corona virus.

Not just Corona any disease can infect the person with low immunity. Our body always surrounded by millions of infection causing bacteria and viruses but our defence mechanism such as WBC ( white blood corpuscles) fight them 24/7 and keep us safe .

This Corona virus is really deadly. May God help scientists to find a cure soon enough.

That is very bad. The incidents were noted in Wuhan and elsewhere in the world also. It was believed that the patients might have been released from hospital before getting full treatment.

In people having low immunity relapse is possible.

That's really bad. It won't stop until the vaccine has been released.

If they have cancer a vaccine isn't likely to help them.

Vaccine is needed to improve resistance against the virus.

@Namelesss I am not sure about it. Unless vaccine comes out for the Corona virus and tested for comorbid patients we can not predict the outcome.

You are to more risk if you are already suffering from something else I think.

Yes absolutely. People with cancer, AIDS have a compromised immune system . They are more prone to reinfection.
