Second part of my dental treatment

A few months ago, I had went for my dental treatment to perform the first stage of my tooth implant which was to extract the tooth. I was at the dentist again last week performing the second stage
They cut the gum open and drill about 7mm into the gum, put in the metal and screw into gum, then they sew up the gum. It was pain when it first started but the pain wear off less than an hour. I had been given painkiller and antibotics with medical leave of 5 days.
I am going well and I hope that it will be well enough for me to get my stitches off by next wednesday.

It gives me the shivers.Fortunately,I have neither had a tooth implanted nor had a tooth extracted so far.

@changjiangzhibin89 Congratulations, I only had one extracted, the dentist wants to place an implant, but I am against.

Yike. I have had my four very back molars busted out of my head I swear the dentist was using a hammer and chisel) because they were stuck in my jawbone and would not grow out.
