Today is going to be a good day. No babysitting. My son called and I found out the tree went home in the diaper bag yesterday. He also said I don't need to babysit today. That will give me time to recharge. I was exhausted last night and got a full night's sleep plus.
Here are yesterday's numbers.
Food
Calories: 1320
Carbs: 41%
Fat: 37%
Protein: 22%
Uncategorized calories: 88
Fitness
Steps: 23,061
Miles: 8.68
Activity/Exercise: 125 Minutes
Water: 4 Bottles
Calories burned: 2868
Total calories: -1548
Weight: 182.2 - New Low
You can see why I was exhausted when I went to bed last night. I'm glad it will be a light day today. My younger son will be picking me up shortly for some grocery shopping. I don't need much, bananas, potatoes, and something else my mind has slipped for the moment about. I'll remember though. I also have a new low today when I stepped on the scale. No surprise with those numbers.
How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

Congrats on getting a new low, that's awesome. I want to get back to it and see a new low again soon. Once I am better from my allergies/cold I will.

It's funny congratulating you on a new low, when usually mentioning a "low" is a negative thing. But in this case, congrats on the new low!

I was trying to do the Cupid shuffle but when my husband is in the living room I can't. Maybe tonight. I'm hoping to get rid of some fast on my inner thighs so some new full length support leggings fit better. I can get them up but they sag a touch, which is annoying.
Eventually, I'll try to do to rounds of the dance but for now it takes my extra energy.
Pound wise I went up one but I'm still nearer my goal. In may try for twelve pounds more. That's where I made it to four years ago without doing keto but I was almost running at work. Not doing that job anymore.

@just4him I can't do the dance for long but it's a fairly simple one and still gets my heart pumping. You on the other hand can swim which is better on the joints.

I did fine with both. What size are your water bottles?

16.9 oz. The standard water bottle. So 64 oz. for four bottles.
I'm glad you did well with both yesterday.
