I got up from bed in big pain again. I don´t know what to do really. The pills don´t help me much. Only the creams do a little. I went to the kitchen to wash some pots after I put away the rest of the black beans. I did not go to find a place for the Tupperware in the freezer though because the deep freeze is in the garage and it was too cold at that time of the day. I took my pills, made a hot water bottle and checked the TV. They were giving a classic movie, A Man for All Seasons (1966), that got 6 Oscars at that time, including Best Film. It is about the last years of Tomas Moro. Awesome! I wish they still made films like those now.

Good afternoon.Sorry about the back pain.Have you been to a chiropractor there? This like you said an awesome movie.Yes so do I.All they make is junk.But they want the movie to make money.

I don´t dare go to a chiropractor (not many here). I had back surgery over 20 years ago and I don´t have disks between the bones. Once in a while I have pain in the sciatic nerve.
