Have you enrolled in any online course during the lockdown?

I've come across many advertisements about short online courses, and I'm planning to enroll in one or two in September. Have you enrolled in any? Which one? Is it internationally recognised? Please share...Thank you.

Where are you finding short courses? Are they free? I took some courses in Anthropology, Autism, Poetry, and some others for free. You need money for a degree or certification. It was an English university and they made interesting subjects boring. I heard that Harvard and Yale give free courses online but I could not find the ones I was interested in.

NEBOSH courses for instance. Though I don't think they are free. I would like to try a course in Autism, it's in line with my profession (Health). Thanks alot for the idea.

@Mbenieve I raised an autistic boy. It was quite an adventure. I had to put him in a group home because he became violent. He does very well there, has a job, vacations, and leisure activities. He likes to watch ball games.

@akalinus wow that's awesome. Most autistic children grow to be very smart, successful adults. I'm happy yours is one of those.

@Mbenieve Oh sorry I should have explained better. Masterclass is a site here, and for a fee you get a subscription and can take any of the classes . You don't get any college credits or certificates or anything. Instead you watch video classes (pre filmed), and you can follow along in the downloadable workbook, too. There's a ton of subjects from popular people about a variety of topics like Writing with James Patterson, Comedy with Steve Martin, Science with Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Right now I'm listening to Usher's class on performing art.....

Wow, that's a nice and productive way to spend time with during this pandemic. Maybe if I find something that interest me, and I want free lessons if there are, I would love to do so. For now, I just search on Youtube or other sites which I can learn more of baking goodies.

Wow that's amazing. I was to start my Master's in May but Corona happened. I have a degree, a diploma and a few certificates. Now I feel I should add one or more certificates during this period. Thanks for the motivation, 2 degrees and a Master's, that's really great.

Not sure about the recognition of online courses but it's always good to update our knowledge by watching online educational videos on youtube.
