The seventh wonder of the World is happening now in Kenya. The famous wildebeests migration happens in July, August and part of September. It takes place between the Maasai Mara national park in Kenya and the Serengeti national park in Tanzania. The wildebeests move majorly in search of better/greener pastures. The most interesting part is when the animals are crossing the wide, deep Mara river. Kenya usually receives many tourists during this period, but this year is different. Due to Covid 19, we haven't received any visitors. I hope that the pandemic will be long gone next year and it will be safe to travel again. Have you ever been to Kenya? Do you plan to visit some day?

I have seen such migrations on Discovery & NatGeo. Crossing the river is high-risk for wild beasts due to presence of crocodiles, isn't it?

I am sure seeing the wildebeests cross to greener pastures is very exciting. It is horrible that some crocodiles wait in the river to eat some of them. Yes, usually many tourists come to watch this amazing scene in the wild. I went on a trip to Kenya when I was in my twenties. I went to the coast, Nairobi, the Massai Mara and Lake Nakuru.
