Obsession Of Winter in Korea

I lived in a tropical country where i think most of us dreamt of winter wonderland. Since korea is nearby our country i wanted to experience snow at least nearby.
I chose Korea because its near and lastime i checked its the cheapest package tour rather than japan, china and new zealand. Aside from it all of us in the family has fond on koreanovelas.
I hope and pray for it one day. One day,things will be better. Photos from fb search,searching for packages

I am keen to explore South Korea and if I go there then I would choose spring or summer. I live in England and I used to live in the county called Kent. There some winters it snowed. As a child I loved playing in the snowy landscapes. However I went inside feeling wet and cold. I bought a puppy in 2004 and he liked that snowy winter. In 2005 I moved to the South West where it is milder in the winter. If snow comes it soon melts.

You can also visit during autumn season the trees there are beautiful

I would like to visit South Korea maybe next year when everything is better. But I don't like the winter times.

@Overflowing Several years ago we had a big snow that stranded kids at school and stopped traffic. It was a big problem.

Yes i saw some videos of cars sliding due to heavy snow..

We don't have snow here but it does get very cold in Winters

South korea is the only open in tourism,north korea is well known for its strictness

I also really want to be able to see the snow fall, make snowballs, and maybe want to taste the snow too.
