lose weight!how?

Do a lot of sports or just eat too less? I'll choose eat less rather than do some sports!:)

Don't eat anything except fruits and swimming in winter 2 hours per day,a month later you will find you losed weight.sleep eight hours a day, exercise, life fosters laws and eat fruits

drink a lot of water and go for walking .. cos if u go for sports suddenly if u stop.u'll become fat.so it's better for u to drink a lot of water..

drink a glass of warm water with lime added to it and go for jogging every morning. I managed to lose 8 kilos. Now I am not overweight.
