Raspberry leaf tea. I am not sure if you access to a Traditional Medicinals brand tea, but there is a tea that is called "Healthy Cycle" and it has herbs in it that helps with that kind of stuff. If you don't, then get Raspberry Leaf tea, but make sure it's from the leaf. Raspberry Leaf contracts the uterus and helps with pain.

I usually take Aleve pain medicine. I'm on birth control too because my cramps were really bad.

I see that.. I don't take any meds for my pain.. A little sleep and rest is enough for me
