Today's gym workout

This morning was strength--specifically shoulders and arms. This is what we did:
1) a. Double kettlebell clean to strict military press (3 x 12)
b. Double kettlebell push press (3 x 12)
2) a. Floor press (3 x 12)
b. Push ups (8)
3) a. Double kettlebell rows (3 x 8)
b. Crusher curls (3 x 12)
My shoulders were fried by the time we finished. I will probably be a bit sore tomorrow when I wake up.
Next session is tomorrow at 6 am.

Well, I'm tired from your workout now. I don't think I will be ready for tomorrow's session. lol :-)
