Few days back I had broken my phones display and then I rushed to the authorised service centre for its repair, they told me we can't give you job sheet for this as we don't have stocks but you can deposit phone and if we find it we will replace it, so I agreed and I had trust at service centre as they don't entertain much. it's costly though and enquired about the price to pay, i said OK but make sure you do give me on time and original display if not let me know of it. The very next day they said it's done and it was actually done through local shops which I came to know after wards as still they had no original display with them, out of joy I had paid all the amount which he asked me to. And I thanked my self as the very next day I had flight to catch and in these days we do lot more in journey with phone so. But upon reaching home I began to notice several issues as battery began to heat up, display not working as natural it should be and the charge could no longer stay for more than an hour, when I called the owner he said we have given you genuine product and if charge issue then change the battery also, I mean what the hell is it my blind trust for which I paid for, or its my mistake that I should have demanded the job sheet as it's company policy their tele caller executive told me

@amitkokiladitya you are saying absolute right but we have to deal with situations and yes not trust is absolute OK but at the same time we better be aware and always get into transparent deal or else deny it completely

Never trust those kind of shop, even in my country they do as well, how many times i keep returning for the repair of my phone and keep paying every 3days?
It's their business, mostly of them change some parts of your phone, take original and replace local.and some of them repaired it,good for few days then another problem will occur and you will go back to them, and another payment they'll ask.
They will just fool people,so be aware.now i know about this kind of business.

You are right it has become kind of business for them but I am worried is their end solutions for it because we may not end damaging our phones and then we have to rush to these centres so I guess awareness, proper guidelines of centres and then we must have proof of what they have done will save us a bit.

It feels so bad but I think we should be more self aware of their procedure and best way is dialing their toll free
